Is there life in space?

Is there life in space?

The JUS project, the Explorer for Jupiter’s Icy Moons, is being described as the largest European space research project to date. Scientists now hope to find life on Jupiter’s moons.

– We can get answers to one of the biggest questions people ask themselves. How special are we, or life in general? says Anders Ericsson, a researcher at the Institute for Space Research.

Is there life in space?

– I absolutely believe that there is life on other planets, and we cannot be the only living being in the universe. But I don’t know, maybe it’s further. I don’t know very well, but I think there is life. Maybe not in the nearest galaxy, says Emma Lindblad.

If you had the chance to live on another planet, would you accept it?

– I don’t think I’ll really like it, I feel like I’m enjoying myself here. I probably would have found it very difficult, it was a completely new environment. I think a lot of people thought it was hard to change that. So I hope I don’t have to.

Is there life on other planets?

– Certainly there. The chance that we are the only living beings on a small planet, in a galaxy, in the universe, Vigo says, is very low.

Could it exist near Jupiter?

– Certainly, some little living being or something, says Edgar.

Vigo: I’m not quite sure, we have a pretty good understanding of the nearest planets. But maybe there is a living being or something. But not any intelligent life.

If you had the chance to live on another planet, how would you feel?

EDGAR: It depends which one. If I had to pick one, I’d pick Mars.

Viggo: Well, what kind of society would it be? Is the community similar to Earth then, is it the same climate etc.? Because it was difficult to live on planets other than Earth. But if you can do it, it will be a fun kind of test.
