As an addition to the leader Mattias Karlsson (the Hallandstrafiken app has not left the platform), I would like to mention that with Huawei Honor 8 I cannot import the Hallandstrafiken app via Google Play. If it applies to all kinds of Huawei phones, I don’t know.
When I inquired from Hallandstrafiken, I got at least a clear answer, they said that it is difficult with Huawei phones, which is why I immediately got a suggestion to download other search apps to download the Hallands app on my Huawei device. It was a bit annoying, so I gave up and took the wife’s Samsung phone instead, which worked fine.
However, downloading the Hallandstrafiken service app went very well [för bokning av serviceresor] on Huawei as well as the Skånetrafiken and Västtrafiken apps.
Hallandstrafiken also notes that the error rate is 0.5 percent. Maybe this number is higher? The amounts are too low for ticket bookings and to squabble with Hallandstrafiken for a few hundred dollars is not worth it, which is why you refrain from arguing when the answer to the inquiry is a clear refusal of measures in the form of refunds or changes to Hallandstrafiken.
I myself experienced this nasty “button” and how it causes problems with money disappearing into the vaults of Hallandstrafiken without any return on their part.
