Apple has now set the date for the company’s big hardware event and the party will start on September 7th at 19:00. Exactly what Apple will offer is unknown, but with a high probability, it will be the iPhone 14 series that will be presented. Last year, the new iPhone was accompanied by a new Apple Watch and new iPads. However, a broad wave of promotions this year again is not something we can expect. In addition to the new hardware, Apple is also expected to set a specific date for the release of new software for the company’s mobile devices.
As usual, rumors abound about upcoming mobile phones from Apple. Early on after last year’s presentation, there was talk of the iPhone 14 getting a new design, which might be appreciated if you don’t like the sharp edges of phones the company has used since the iPhone 12. The new design is expected to deliver. A screen that covers the majority of the front without any form of a recess on top and instead the cameras and sensors are said to be placed in holes in the screen.
Moreover, Apple is expected to skip the introduction of a new 5.4-inch iPhone Mini as smaller models in previous generations have sold less than expected and instead the focus is expected to be on the larger 6.1 and 6.7-inch units. And also, of course, a faster processor and improved cameras.
