About a month ago, it was rumored that neither Microsoft nor Nintendo nor Sony were planning to participate in the big electronic game show Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this year. Since then, both Sony and Nintendo have officially announced that they will not be attending the show and now Microsoft has also decided to skip it.
So it simply means that PlayStation, Xbox and Switch will not have any live presence at the same show. But everyone probably carried some form of web presentation around the same time. For example, Microsoft will hold the Xbox Game Show on June 11th.
This year’s E3 trade show will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 13-16.
