As you know, Google will launch its Stadia gaming platform on January 18th. On this cloud gaming platform, you can, among other things, buy the majority of games, and the ones you won’t be able to access after January 18th.
But this week, Ubisoft announced that if you buy a game from them, it will give those people a Windows copy of the game. It will all be done via Ubisoft Connect, which also means you can pick up playing where you left off in Stadia.
However, no virtual currency from Stadia migrates to Ubisoft Connect or any other platform, so the currency must be spent before January 18th. However, purchased items will be included in games that support cross-platform play.
