Victrola hifi has developed a new vinyl driver that can stream audio directly to your Sonos speaker system without the need to connect to another amplifier or adapter.
The record player is called Stream Carbon and can be connected to Sonos speakers via the Sonos-related app, Victrola writes. As for the record player, Victrola writes:
“Finished with a carbon-fibre finish, precision-machined aluminum hood, and premium Ortofon 2M red cartridge, the Victrola Stream Carbon delivers both sound and aesthetics. Its easy-to-adjust counterweight provides optimum downforce for dynamic frequency response and increased clarity.”
The Victrola Stream Carbon begins shipping next month and will cost around $800. Below is a video demonstration of the recording player.
