Team Spirit, Mölndals KK / Kungsbacka KK, and Team Seaside, Tjörns KK, have been chosen to represent Sweden at this year’s Junior Bathroom in Synchronous Snowboarding. This is what the International Committee of the Swedish Ski Federation announced today. The JVM takes place in Nottingham, UK, from the 13th to the 14th of March.

The two teams will represent Sweden during the tournament to be held in Nottingham, Great Britain, from 13-14 March 2020.

Team spirit
Team Spirit represents Mölndals Ski Club and Kungsbacka Ski Club. They were trained by Malin Heidenfors, Karen Allgren, and Katherine Weiburg. Team Spirit ranked 9th in the Junior Championships in Switzerland, 2019.

Seashore team
Team Seaside is Tjörn Ski Club. They were trained by Therese Arvidson and Jenny Sandberg. Team Seaside finished 13th at the 2019 Junior Championships in Switzerland.

– The Swedish Figure Skating Association is delighted that Team Spirit and Team Seaside represent Sweden in the World Junior Snow Skating Championships. These teams were our strongest in all events this season and deserved the opportunity to compete in tournaments like the JVM. Scott Rachuk, Sports Director of the Swedish Figure Skating Association, says the opportunity to compete in the World Junior Championships is an experience that strengthens each of these athletes as they practice the sport they love.
