Keyboard and case in one.

When testing the unique Remarkable Tablet, we sometimes missed a keyboard. Because as most iPad users discover over time, the on-screen keyboard is not very suitable for long texts.
Now, admittedly, the iPad and Remarkable 2 are very different. The latter is an electronic notepad on steroids, with a very sensitive stylus and a slew of features that analog notepads don’t normally have.
The Remarkable Keyboard is called the Type Folio and it doubles as a flip case. Or Folio, as Remarkable calls it.
It doesn’t have, and doesn’t really need, a trackpad, but it does have full-size keys with 1.3mm of travel, which should hopefully work well for longer texts.
Combined with a pen and touch screen, it is better suited for small figures, notes and illustrations, which can be combined with text typed on a Type Folio keyboard.
The Slim Keyboard, also a case, is available in black or dark brown, with keyboards for all Nordic languages, plus American or British English, German, Spanish and French.
The Folio variant costs NOK 1,990 and is available to order now. Featured customers who had a Remarkable Connect subscription before March 6, 2023 can sign in to their account to receive a Type Folio discount code.
