The American company Futuri Media has developed an artificial intelligence that they call RadioGPT, which they say should be able to handle much of the work performed by presenters and other speakers on radio stations.
RadioGPT uses AI-generated artificial voices and can, among other things, read weather reports, traffic information, and news reports as well as play the interval when no music is playing on the radio station. Futuri Media says RadioGPT is primarily run by bots based on OpenAI’s GPT-4 language model.
Futuri provided a sample station called “RadioGPT” where their technology is used, which you can listen to here If there is interest.
