Kodaline releases its much awaited album today “Politics of Life” Via Sony Music.

In “Politics of Living,” Kodaline has collaborated with some of the most important producers and songwriting talents, such as the songwriter Steve Mac (“Shape Of You” av Ed Sheeran, popgurun Johnny Cover (Rag’N’Bone Man, Beyonce), Jonas Gyberg (Daisy Rascal, Kylie Minogue), Steven Harris (Miles Kane, Kaizer Chiefs) Samet Johnny McCaid (“What about us” F-Pink).
In August, the first single from the album came out Head held high – A classy summer song with a strong message. “Head Held High” is one of the highlights on the new album which is also taking the Irish band in a new, bolder direction.
Kodaline will also be featured on the new track “All For Love”. Cigalas The new album “Brighter Days” will also be released today, September 28th.
“Politics of Living” will be the first group release of new songs since the album “Coming Up For Air” (2015), which sold Gold in the UK. The band’s debut album, “In A Perfect World” (2013), has sold more than a million copies worldwide, and the song “All I Want” is a huge hit and today has reached over 200 million listeners on Spotify. In total, over a million singles were sold, and even on Vevo, the band’s music videos received over 200 million views.
After a successful summer with festival performances, Kodaline is now on a European tour and will play Kägelbanan in Stockholm on October 10. Additionally, the band brings out the news that she is joining Snow Patrol On their UK tour early next year.
