The best jumpers in the world live in AUSTRALEN and his name is Peder Frederikson. When the new world rankings were released on Thursday, Fredrickson snuck past his worst rival and took the throne.

Österlen RK rider and Grevlund resident Peder Fredricson chased the number one spot for many years, but never made it all the way up the road.
But now it is there. On the top. And he could rightfully call himself the best racer in the world, if anyone had any doubts.

Peder Fredricson on several occasions took second place in the standings. Becoming number one in the world rankings is a goal I set a few years ago. It felt like I was climbing the highest mountain in the world and I was close to the top several times, but I always fell again. So, it’s totally cool now to get to the top and set the flag, says Peder.
He has dedicated success to his entire team, not least his wife Lisin and his gang in Grevlundagården.
It’s a very good feeling for me and for the whole team. Becoming number one in the rankings is something you have been working towards for a long time, as lots of competitions with many different horses are included for an entire year. Not only does it require you to have good horses, but you must have good horse owners, good grooms, and an entire team that works incredibly hard to achieve this success. This way, that’s a lot bigger than winning a big class on the weekend. I’m so grateful for all the work my team did that made me stand here today. We celebrate this together.
