In the spring of 2016, EQT launched the Motherbrain AI engine. The bot is designed to find the next tech hit and will help the venture capital giant vet startups in Europe.

Since then, the company has used the model and one of those who worked with it and developed it is AI Profiler Wilhelm von Ehrenheim. Since last year, he has been the project lead but now he is leaving to work at, a new startup.

The tool is actually an automated testing tool that checks various functionalities on a web page. The hope is that it will save programmers a lot of time.

Vilhelm von Ehrenheim now joins the company’s founding team as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer.
