In an SMS to customers, the message is “Now we launch free shipping always. Home for you.” This is also mentioned on the online store page for the terms of delivery, where it is also made clear that this applies to the entire range. This is for comparison with Amazon, whose offer of free delivery only applies to Prime-branded products.
What makes Amazon Prime special in addition to the free deliveries is the promise of fast delivery within a day or two. At the same time, Amazon is working apace to expand same-day delivery capacity in Sweden, something that is currently only available in Stockholm and the surrounding area. The web hall states 0-3 days depending on shipping options and that same-day delivery is available with Budbee and Airmee in Stockholm, provided the order is placed before 11:00.
