Unisport, which is a leader in the e-commerce sector of football products, opens the doors to its new store in Sveavägen in Stockholm tomorrow, Thursday 2 December.
The store is located in the so-called Sergelhuset in the newly renovated building Hästskon 12, where the main bank SEB used to have an office.
The new flagship store will have an area of 300 square meters and will be the e-merchant’s third physical store, after the facilities in Paris and Copenhagen.
Unisport describes the new establishment as a significant investment and says that during its opening days, it will offer a range of football-related activities to consumers who come to visit.
Among other things, Unisport together with Adidas is organizing an event in Kungsträdgården where participants can measure the power of their shots.
– We want to throw a real football party when we open our new flagship store and hope to pass on our vision of making football dreams come true. A festive and popular start to showcasing our new store and our ambition to offer exclusive content, quality service and access to the best football products in the world, CEO Michael Burke says in a comment.
Unisport was founded in 1995 and has been running e-commerce in Sweden since 2012. Today, they have a local digital presence in seven other European countries.
