Despite initial doubts, Noel felt he could do justice to the song, but his brother Liam Gallagher Don’t share that view. Liam took to Twitter to express his disappointment with his brother’s version of the song.

The Gallagher brothers have been involved in a public feud over the past few years, and more recently; Mainly related to the possibility of an Oasis reunion. Despite already being rumored to be reuniting soon, there is renewed tension between the brothers. In March, Noel hinted that Liam would love to get back together, but he hasn’t been in touch to arrange anything.
Noel’s appearance on BBC Radio 2 came as part of promotion for his new album with High Flying Birds, Council skis. To coincide with the album’s release, Noel Gallagher and his band are planning 26 shows in North America and a full UK tour in December.
