Over the past weekend, there has been Christmas peace and a time for reflection in many places around the world. Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco, on the other hand, had no words of praise or Christmas wishes for his rap rival Kid Cudi, with whom he had a Twitter feud of nearly ten years. During a Twitter Q&A, he was direct to the point where the following question was asked:
“You and Cudi maybe somewhere down the next line?”
Lupe Fiasco answered curtly and then developed his reasoning when he asked the question again:
“Absolutely. F**k his 4 lives.”
“Outside of his musical genius, his fame, and his success. Cudi is a really sneaky punk a** bra…it’s not even controversial or sexy. His personal bio outside of the spotlight is rubbish.”
Kid Cudi, for his part, has not responded to Lupe Fiasco’s recent statement, but recently wrote on Instagram that he wants to free himself from bullshit and hate, by cutting out industrialists and fake people.
This summer, Lupe Fiasco released his latest album, “Drill Music In Zion,” which can be heard below.
