Brexit will lead to political autonomy, controlled migration policies and economic prosperity. So far, none of the promises have been fulfilled, GB said in an editorial.

The exit from years of political and bureaucratic integration with the EU will not happen overnight, writes Adam Kvejman in an editorial for the Gothenburg Post. At the same time, people from other countries continue to invade the British Isles, and it is understandable that a country's immigration policy cannot be completely reset.

But the British economy should have taken off now, says Adam Kwejman, and some companies are choosing to list on the London Stock Exchange.

– The Tory government has been unable to do anything positive since the divorce with the EU. It's not as if the political will is lacking, but turning Britain into a European Singapore is far from easy.
