The final three places at Euro 2024 are up for grabs as six teams compete in the qualifying finals.

The six-member group seeks to join the 21 countries that have already qualified for the tournament in Germany after qualifying for the semi-finals from one match last week.

All three finals will also be decided in one match, with the ties going to extra time and penalties if necessary.

This summer's European Championship begins on June 14 and concludes with the final on July 14.

What are the qualifying finals?

All matches will be held on Tuesday, March 26.

Path A: Wales vs Poland, 7.45pm GMT, Cardiff City Stadium – S4C and Viaplay Sports 2

Path B: Ukraine vs Iceland, 7.45pm GMT, Wrocław Stadium – Fiplay Sports

Path C: Georgia vs Greece, 5pm GMT, Boris Paishadze Dynamo Stadium – Viaplay Sports 2

How can I watch matches in the UK?

The Wales-Poland match will be shown live on S4C and Viaplay Sports 2, with a live stream available via BBC iPlayer and the Viaplay website.

The Ukraine-Iceland match will also be available to subscribers on the Viaplay Sports website.

TV coverage of the Georgia-Greece match will be on Viaplay Sports 2 from 4.50pm GMT.

The winner of the Wales-Poland match qualifies for Group D alongside the Netherlands, Austria and France.

Ukraine or Iceland joins Belgium, Slovakia and Romania in Group Five.

The sixth group will be filled by either Georgia or Greece, in addition to Turkey, Portugal and the Czech Republic.
