From 0 to 25 million – now he is targeting the world with his e-commerce

E-retailer and brand Page bits It has seen a sharp growth since the beginning of 2018. Last year the company selling horse bits online had a turnover of SEK 24 million and a profit of SEK 6 million.

After going from 0 to 25 million kroner in turnover in a short period of time, Fager Bits is now ready to take the next step in its expansion, where international growth is the main focus, the company announced today.

However, the company should already have a presence in Europe, so the bar has been raised even further.

Now that we have established a strong presence in the Nordics and Europe, it is time to take the next step and expand globally,” says Louis Fagerson, CEO and founder of Fager Bits.

The goal is said to be to achieve substantial growth in several international markets during the year.

The focus for 2023 is to grow significantly in the US, as well as in Japan, Great Britain, Germany and Poland, where we are already well on our way to building a strong establishment, says Louis Fagerson.

Ahead of the investment, e-commerce has been strengthened by shifting to the Centra platform.

We want to grow quickly, and it’s important for us to implement processes and tools that give us the freedom to continue to build the brand. Thanks to Centra’s platform, we now don’t have to deal with all the unnecessary administration, and at the same time we get a much smoother path to new markets, says Louis Fagerson.

About 40 percent of the company’s turnover should come from the wholesale level, and with the new platform they want to move into e-commerce as well as B2B sales. There are also plans to build our own warehouse to “capture our rapid growth.”
