Calvin Harriswho was recently named the world's biggest and highest-paid DJ according to Forbes, is releasing a new album “Practice” October 31. On the album, Calvin collaborates with artists such as Ellie Goulding, Gwen Stefani, Haim, Tinashe, Big Sean, Hurts, John Newman, Faribitz, and Rehab.
Calvin has once again put the world at his feet, this time with his current single “blame” As he does with John Newman. With the song “Blame”, Calvin broke unexpected records: he is the first artist from the UK to be streamed 1 billion times, and “Blame” rose to number 1 on the worldwide Spotify chart in record time (only 3 days after its release) He is the first artist to exceed 10 million streams of the same song in just one week.
The single “Blame” was released on September 7 and the song has already won a GOLD award in Sweden and topped the Swedish Spotify chart.
In addition to the hit single “Blame,” “Motion” also contains hit singles “under control” (2 x Platinum in Sweden) and “whistle”
(4 x Platinum in Sweden).
