Azets invests in the real estate sector and acquires newly established Prisma Properties as a client

Newly established real estate company Prisma Properties was looking for a strong partner in finance and payroll outsourcing – and the choice fell on Azets.

Azets, an external provider of financing and payroll services, has entered into an agreement with newly established real estate company Prisma Properties AB for accounting, notification and payroll services.

Prisma Properties was incorporated at the end of 2022 after the stock was built through the funds of Alma Property Partners. The property portfolio is valued at approximately SEK 6 billion with just over 100 properties. The ambition is to become the North’s leading real estate developer and long-term owner in the low-priced convenience store and fast food restaurant sectors.

Outsourcing is a well-thought-out strategy for a company that does not want to depend on weak people.

– We have experience outsourcing to suppliers in the past, so we knew what to look for and how to do an appraisal. We have considered the strength of operations and how likely the supplier will be able to support us if we list Prisma in the future on an exchange where there are high internal control requirements. We also wanted a stable player with solid systems solutions who simply knew the situation,” says Martin Lindqvist, Chief Financial Officer at Prisma Properties AB.

– Azets has best matched our requirements with a solution that we believe will meet our control requirements and schedules in the future. The delivery methodology seems well thought out and the system plants match our wishes. We want a one-stop resource that supports and develops us, that is communicative and transparent, as we work together to make the business more efficient on an ongoing basis. We think we’ve found it with Azets. It is always beneficial to work with a representative who is in many other countries if we expand geographically in the future, Martin Lindqvist continues.

– We look forward to working with Prisma Properties and are pleased with your trust. This is the second big real estate company that has chosen our outsourcing solution in a short time, and we already have clients from the real estate sector with us. We continue to invest in the sector in terms of specialized competence, systems and processes to provide the end-to-end solution our customers demand, says Jon Migelgaard Jensen, CEO of Azets Sweden and Denmark.
