A huge new indoor water park could soon open in the UK, and it will be the second of its kind.
Great Wolf Lodge first opened in the United States in 1997, and now has about 20 resorts in both America and Canada.
In 2021, the first UK branch was announced in Oxfordshire, and is expected to open later this year.
But now a second resort is hoping to open nearby in Basingstoke.
The indoor water park could feature wave pools and water slides, although more has yet to be revealed.
Photos showing the anticipated attraction include a number of indoor rides.
Besides the pools, there will also be a 500-room hotel, as well as indoor entertainment such as mini golf, bowling, arcades and ropes courses.
Restaurants, cafes and bars will also be located on site.
While official ticket prices have not been revealed, day tickets will be available to anyone wishing to visit the indoor water park and restaurants, along with discounts for local residents.
Guests will also be able to book an overnight stay at the resort as well, similar to Butlin's and Center Parcs.
Prices for an overnight stay for a family of four at Great Wolf Resort in the US start at $199 (£157) per night.
The UK resort also hopes to bring up to 600,000 visitors to the area annually.
The proposed location for the attraction is Basingstoke Golf The centre, where the 27-acre land is now set aside under an agreement between the council and Great Wolf Resorts, until planning permission is granted.
Gavin James, Basingstoke Councilor, said: “One of our key priorities as a government is to provide a 21st century theme park and a place our residents can be proud of, and we are really pleased to have signed this initial deal to move forward. We look forward to bringing Great Wolf to Basingstoke.
“This is an important first step in developing plans for this exciting new attraction which will provide amazing new facilities that local people can enjoy, lots of new opportunities and attract thousands of visitors to the area to boost our local economy.
“Alongside this, the land deal and sale will see the council receive significant funding which will be reinvested in the refurbishment of the leisure park.”
Until then, construction work is still continuing The UK's first Great Wolf Lodge, at Chesterton near Bicester.
The £200 million project will include a 500-room hotel as well as an indoor water park and attractions.
Other new Great Wolf Lodge resorts it hopes to open include Orlando and Tennessee.

- The Chessington World of Adventures water park is slated to feature wave and infinity pools, a spa as well as water slides and cabins.
- The Cove Resort, Southport will likely have a lagoon and thermal spa with steam rooms and saunas.
