The following two egg products are affected by the recall.
– Up to and including 2023-11-26, Guaranteed Eggs, Indoor Free, Medium, 6-Pack.
– Up to and including 2023-11-26, Guaranteed Eggs, Indoor Free, Medium, 15-Pack.
Sold in stores
Oxfood confirms that the recalled eggs have now been sold in a number of Oxfood’s retail chains and that they have now been discontinued from further sale.
– That Salmonella has now been discovered in a new stable environment is very unfortunate and we take it seriously. “We are now investigating together with the supplier how this happened and how we can prevent it in the future,” says Susanna Wadegård, Quality Manager at Axfood.
