The group that will avoid security measures include sponsors, FIFA members and politicians. After that it will allow them to go to all matches at Wembley, but also training sessions and meetings with British politicians. According to The Times, the idea of ​​an exception is part of Britain’s bid to host the 2030 World Cup. The semi-finals and final are set to be used to win over decision makers in UEFA and FIFA.

Wembley will allow 45,000 football fans to enter the semi-finals and final. The arena receives 90,000 visitors.
