Vacse has been nominated for the BREEAM Awards for the fourth year in a row

At the end of the year, BRE announced that Vacse had for the fourth year in a row an asset nominated to the BREEAM In-Use Public Sector for the BREEAM Awards. The competition is international and the recommendation is made by the BRE and is based on the number of points earned by the projects in the certification process.

The building has many environmental benefits such as thatched roofs, solar panels and recreational areas indoors and outdoors. In the process of certification, these and many other factors are taken into account, including measured values ​​related to the design, production, maintenance and life of the building. More demands are placed on achieving the “best” position, and an appointment in this category is a testament to the property owner’s commitment, but it also creates benefits as important points are achieved in the tenant’s internal environmental work.

BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment System) is an environmental certification body from the United Kingdom that is developed and managed by the Building Research Institute (BRE).
