Three researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the famous laboratory in China sought hospital care for virus-like symptoms in November 2019, according to a US intelligence report written by the Wall Street Journal.

It is now breathe new life into the theory that the covid-19 virus spread from the security-rated lab by mistake. The laboratory, which is conducting research on the coronavirus in bats, rejected, among other things, the information about the leak and claimed that no one working with the coronavirus had tested positive for antibodies. On Sunday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry confirmed that the laboratory leak theory is “highly unlikely”.

Earlier this year, the US State Department wrote that employees had contracted the disease – the new detail is that three researchers had contracted the disease at the same time and required hospital care.
