Beat the cream cheese and cream until creamy in a bowl. Flip the chopped shrimp. Add diced apples and dill (reserve some apples and dill for garnish). Mix in chives.

Divide the cheese and shrimp mixture into cups. Garnish with preserved shrimp, diced apple and dill. Pepper.
