Hogia is the “Career Company 2023” and thus remains at the top among the most attractive employers in Sweden. Noting that Hogia “attracts Swedish talent”, the jury highlights, among other things, the focus on health and development opportunities as areas in which Hogia has strength.
Development opportunities are in demand among Swedish employees has been confirmed in Randstad Employer Brand Research 2022, the world’s largest employer independent brand survey. It has emerged that 61% consider it (very) important to have the opportunity for retraining/skilling by their employer.
Hogia is an IT company that has grown in just over 40 years to a group of 30 companies and 650 employees. The range of products covers everything from financial and payroll systems to transportation solutions within, for example, logistics and public transport, which means you have a broad perspective and are involved in creating a smarter society. Hogia’s focus on education and knowledge sharing has also led to a new project, to create Hakenäs Valley – a campus focused on entrepreneurship, education and health.
