His supervision is characterized by a strong interest in the personal development of the ST physician with careful follow-up and evaluation of the ST physician. Actively adapts the degree of difficulty to the individual needs of ST clinicians, providing additional support when needed and increasing the challenge according to the occasion and circumstances.

In his holistic view of supervision, Frederick Herdenius has a sensitivity and understanding of the challenges associated with the profession and provides support and support in aspects even outside the medical role itself with the aim of teaching the ST physician to manage the profession in a sustainable manner over time.
