With Capture One for iPhone, you get a powerful tool right in your mobile phone. The app can be downloaded from the App Store and, as usual, is subscription-based, but gives you a direct download of your raw files into the app.
In the app, you can edit, save and share, all using Capture One’s familiar interface. It only adapts to the screen size of the phone.
The application supports sharing the Internet via USB to Lightning, as the camera is connected to the mobile phone during shooting. The images are thrown into the app and displayed on the mobile screen, allowing the photographer to choose what happens next. The assistant can accompany the photographer, editing and saving photos on the go. Or the photographer himself can make the necessary changes on the mobile afterwards.
The raw file converter in the app should have the same features as the PC and Mac versions, many features are also available in the app.
Images can also be shared directly – either without editing or edited automatically, eg with the studio or client, who can select the images directly.
The app supports raw (RAW), jpeg, Tiff, and Eip file export, and photographers will get to know the features they use every day, either on the computer or in Capture One for iPad.
The subscription costs €5.49 per month and the app can be downloaded now. Those who already have a Capture One for iPad or Capture One’s All in One subscription pay nothing extra for the iPhone app.
