Meta has updated 3D avatars that can be used on the Horizon Worlds virtual reality service, Facebook, Messenger and Instagram. The update means that the Meta Services user will have the opportunity to change the body type of their 3D avatar, some examples of which you can see above, as well as more opportunities to choose different hair combinations and hairstyles.
Meta has also started a collaboration with Puma, which means that Meta users who feel like outfitting their avatar in Puma digital clothing now have the opportunity to do so. In total, there are seven different Puma outfits that can be equipped with the Meta avatar.
Since Meta launched its 3D avatars, 1 billion users have created their own avatar on one of Meta’s services. Are you one of them? Feel free to answer our survey below.
