Earlier this week, Sonos released its new Era 100 and Era 300 speakers, while also releasing an update that enables some of the manufacturer’s speakers (including the new Era 300) to play surround sound in Dolby Atmos from Apple Music directly in the Sonos app. . When you find a song mixed in Dolby Atmos, you’ll see an icon on the playback screen that it’s on.

These Sonos speakers can now play songs in surround sound from Apple Music:

It’s not possible to play songs in surround sound via AirPlay 2 directly in Apple Music, but it must be done via the Sonos app.
