This past Friday, March 10th, was World Mario Day. On that day, we got, among other things, a new trailer for the upcoming Super Mario movie, but LEGO also took the opportunity to show off the new Mario designs they have in the works.
The first thing they offered was the new Bowser Castle. This is called Dry Bowser’s Castle Battle – Expansion Set and is another expansion, in my opinion, of the somewhat pointless LEGO Super Mario obstacle course series. Castle will be released anyway on August 1 and will cost 1,380 SEK.
During the show, they also announced that Donkey Kong would be coming in LEGO, but not much more than that was revealed.
