Three multi-million pound
mansions have been put up for sale on the island of Guernsey
in the space of just one week.
Mansion Global says that
the properties are a mansion known as St Royale near St Peter Port up for sale
at £22m, the Polynesian-style Maison de La Falaise asking £17.5m and La Belle
Vue overlooking Fermain
Bay which has an asking
price over £12.75m.

Global comments: “The three newly developed properties of vastly different
architectural styles are now among the priciest homes for sale on the island
tax haven, according to listing site Zoopla. Each of them also has the
potential to set a price record for the rocky, wind-swept island, where
the top deal ever was reportedly between £7m and £8m.”
The tax haven of Guernsey
in the Channel Islands has long been a popular
location for the wealthy to buy luxury homes. However, it is a tiny market in
real terms and three properties of potentially record-breaking value coming up
for sale in just a few days is unusual to say the least.
