EA released Table Which shows the frame rate and resolution you can expect with different gaming platforms Mass Effect: Legendary Edition.
For a PC, the message is that 240 FPS is the highest possible frame per second, and 240 Hz is in refresh rate. It is not said what devices were required to get there. In addition, a lot of information is presented about the different console versions, with estimates for each model and with information about the two graphics modes – performance and quality respectively. However, every record is preceded by “up to” so there is no guarantee that the resolution or frame rate is consistent. EA writes that the numbers vary less with more powerful consoles.
