Skanska invests 4 euros7M, approximately 480 million SEK, in a new building belonging to the Centrum Południe office project in Wroclaw, Poland. The 13-storey building has an area of 21,500 square meters, and a garage for 200 places.
The building is expected to receive many certifications Dedicated to high-quality, futuristic office space: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health & Safety Rating samt Building without barriers.
Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2021 and is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2022.
The Południe Center is Skanska’s seventh development project in Wroclaw. The total leased area of the office project will be about 85,000 square meters. The first phase, consisting of two buildings with a total area of 28,100 square metres, of which more than 60 percent is rented.
