Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group)’s vote share has changed as a result of converting a total of 1,036 Class A shares into Class B shares in January 2022 as a result of shareholder demand. Following the changes, the total number of votes cast in the NENT group was 83,226,068 based on the number of shares registered.
NENT Group Articles give A shareholders the right to request that they convert their A shares into B shares.
The total number of shares listed on the NENT Group is unchanged at 78,442,244, of which 531,536 are now A shares, 77,440,189 B shares and 470,519 C shares.
Of the total number of shares, 1,654 Class B shares and 470,519 Class C shares are held by the NENT Group.
