Bilia has reached an agreement to acquire Hellgrens Lastvagnsservice AB and Skellefteå Billackering AB in Skellefteå. The business is managed by two companies under one roof and constitutes a full service facility with repair, servicing, bodywork, transport and truck painting. Accessed yesterday, August 31st.
The acquired business reported a total turnover of approximately SEK 28 million for 2021 and currently employs 19 employees.
