The final three places at Euro 2024 are up for grabs as six teams compete in the qualifying finals.
The six-member group seeks to join the 21 countries that have already qualified for the tournament in Germany after qualifying for the semi-finals from one match last week.
All three finals will also be decided in one match, with the ties going to extra time and penalties if necessary.
