A new addition to Lenovo's Magic Bay series

During CES 2023, Lenovo introduced the Magic Bay concept, an accessory for your compatible Lenovo laptop that can only be attached via magnets and spring connectors. The first products shown were, among other things, lamps and webcams. This year, Lenovo showcased another product from the Magic Bay series, in addition to a number of prototypes of the system.

Magic Bay Studio is a 4K webcam equipped with AI technology to provide better image quality. Among other things, the AI ​​functions must ensure that the image remains sharp and the colors in the recording remain accurate. Lenovo also says that the sound should be excellent in Magic Bay Studio, it has, among other things, special functions for audio synchronization.

The Lenovo Magic Bay Studio will launch in April, and will be priced at $199, or 2,046 kroner.

Lenovo also showed off a number of prototypes in its Magic Bay series, which Pc Mag reported, among others. Lenovo showed off an additional 10-inch screen that you can connect to your laptop, as well as a small, round screen, whose only function is to show a small animated face when using AI features on the computer. There was also a ring light on display, as well as an aromatherapy fan and diffuser. These are all just prototypes so far, but who knows, they might appear as real products at CES 2025.
