Movement is important in everyday life and is especially important for young people growing up, so I challenge young people to start or try one. It is needed for both health and brain.
Firstly, sports are a fun activity that helps young people with their physical health as well as their mental health. They also become happier and there are many different sports that suit everyone. In Sweden there are many clubs that everyone can join and participate in.
Secondly, sports are an important activity that everyone needs in their daily lives, especially young people. There are a lot of good things that the body is exposed to in training, you both become stronger but you also get a better mood and it is almost like that. Always some sport that you will find funny.
Third, joining a club is a great way to meet new friends and form new relationships. In the club you have fun and are nice to each other, competing and training together, which is something you don’t often see in anything else.
Fourth, exercising is a good way to prevent diseases such as heart attacks, vascular disease, and strokes, which are all life-threatening diseases that you can avoid by exercising.
In addition, it may be the case that, for example, protection, football boots and helmets are expensive, but you do not have to buy the latest ones and you can also find used ones on Blocket or Facebook of course. More expensive things are better but it might be a good idea to try something a little cheaper and see if it’s something you find interesting.
So what I want to say is that sports are an important part of raising young people and every person should have at least one sport that they enjoy.
