Korcula in Croatia | Isabella Loewengrip

Last night we cooked ourselves. It is of course great to be served every day or to go out to eat at the port. But Björn and Lovisa are very good at cooking, so we had an evening on the boat when we were in port in Korcula. Our crew Dino and Edita had friends on the island so it was perfect for them to have dinner with their friends.

Is there anything better when you’re out and about—the moment you just shower and sit down with a cold glass of white and a bowl of crisps while you wait for your food. You’ve been exposed here, cute. I dyed my eyebrows before I left and did my eyelashes naturally. My nice top from here.

Paul was running an errand in town. When he came back he was on the phone and I heard him tell me how happy he was with the engagement. I was moved to hear that.

We swam a lot today and did a 20 minute workout on the boat. Lovisa passed all the training. We first did push-ups with different goals. Bjorn was doing 100, Lovisa 80 and I 50 (not in a row). I did 15 + 15 + 10 + 10 (all on toes). I don’t go to the gym anymore (I also stopped with Impulse, want mobility training too plus it was in town and I felt it was unnecessary to get in the car to train and then home) but I do go to dance classes and I go to gymnastics classes sometimes on Friski and then I do exercises pressure, so you train that.

This is what our sailboat looks like. It is 19 meters long. Paul and I have a master bedroom at the front and then there are two double rooms at the back plus a small room with a bunk bed. In front of our master bedroom, there is actually a small room where the captain can sleep and that can only be accessed from the outside. But since there are only six of us, everyone can fit in the cabins inside.
