With no news over the Easter weekend, today we bring you the latest news on United. Among other things, Marcus Rashford is reported to have undergone an injury test last Saturday. The forecast is said to be half-assed.
This weekend we received the latest on Alejandro Garnacho’s injury and the fact that Old Trafford will not be allowed to host Euro 2028 on the condition that Great Britain and Ireland are allowed to host the Championship.
Rashford injury and some rumours
Marcus Rashford left Saturday’s match against Everton with a concussion, and Erik den Haag naturally raised questions about the forward’s condition shortly after. However, the Dutchman was tight-lipped, and that’s not to say it wasn’t very cute.
Today, The Telegraph reported that Rashford has undergone a scan for a suspected groin injury, which could keep him out for two games.
Alejandro Carnacho was also dismissed Given the situation in Argentina now, Den Haag expects to have him back at least at the end of the season. However, it is difficult to set an exact date.

From the same source, we also get some rumors about the current midfielders for the summer. Among others, Brighton & Hove Albion duo Moises Guisedo and Alexis MacAllister have been mentioned as possible names.
Both are said to cost around £70m.
No EC at Old Trafford
Great Britain and Ireland have jointly applied to host the European Championships in 2028 and are said to be in good shape to host the championships. However, Old Trafford is one stadium that will not be able to host if it all turns out to be a reality.
In Manchester, they have chosen to include Manchester City’s home ground, the Etihad Stadium, instead.
