In accordance with the instructions of Viaplay Group AB (“Viaplay Group”) to the Nominations Committee, a Nomination Committee has been established by the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors to prepare proposals for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
The nomination committee consists of Grégoire Castaing, appointed by Groupe Canal+ SA; Philippa Gerstadt, appointed by Nordea Funder; Didier Stossel, appointed by PPF Cyprus Management Limited; and Simon Duffy, Acting Chairman of Viaplay Group. The members of the Nominating Committee appoint the Chairman of the Nominating Committee at their first meeting.
