What will happen during Usher's performance?
Speaking in an interview with Vogue magazineUsher spoke of the pressure that comes with putting together a set that condenses 30 years of his career into 15 minutes, with only eight minutes to set the stage.
“It has to be perfect,” he explained. “I've been doing this for 30 years. I want the people who have been part of that journey to feel like it's a celebration for everyone.”
Exact details of the show have been kept under wraps, however, Usher – full name Usher Raymond IV – hinted that audiences should expect to see figure skating, impressive choreography, big costume changes, and special guests among other things.
“This night was specially curated in my mind to have R&B music take the main stage,” he joked.
“I literally talk to every woman. I want to feel that,” the Grammy-winning artist said. “I want the world to smile when they look at me. I want them to feel something, to feel my passion, my love, to feel that I was the right person to sit in this position, and I was the right person to bring that kind of energy, love, and connection to the entire world. “.
