Skanska is investing 69 69 million, about 700 million SEK in the first phase of its studio office project in Warsaw, Poland. The first building is allowed a total of 17,600 square meters and a height of 14 storeys.
The studio office complex consists of two buildings in total and will be provided in two phases. The total plan covers an area of 43,000 square meters in total and includes 286 parking spaces and 285 underground parking spaces for bicycles. It is located between Prosta and Suka streets and next to two metro stations. The project will create a completely new, open space in Wola’s Wola district, with a large green square being a new landmark.
The building is expected to receive a number of certifications for high quality office space: Lead Platinum, Well Core & Shell, health and safety rating and barrier-free building.
Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2021 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
