Thus, the Oura is a ring that measures both one and the other in the body with a number of sensors located on the finger. One of the good things about this device is that it has a week of battery life as it does not have a screen.
The new edition is available in silver, black, ghost, gold and new rose gold. Prices are €367 for black and silver, sneaker €471, gold €524, and rose gold €576.

Can now record more than just sleep
Oura, the so-called Smart Ring, is being launched in the third generation equipped with slightly more sensors and promises more functionality compared to previous versions of the Ring. Oura was originally developed to be able to record a user’s sleep. However, the third generation of Oura should also be able to act as an activity meter that tracks the different physical activities a user does during the day. The ring is also said to be able to track a user’s likely menstrual cycle and be able to detect if a user is about to get sick. Oura ring comes with a linked app and will cost 314 euros, which is just over 3100 kroner. To be able to use the ring, the user also needs to subscribe to the Oura service, which costs $6 per month (about 60 kroner). Oura Generation 3 can be pre-ordered now and will begin shipping in November. Below is an introductory video for Oura 3 that shows a little of what the episode can handle.
