DJI is now developing the drone technology we previously found in the Mavic 3 hobby drone, to give the two new drones business-friendly features. The new DJI Mavic 3E and Mavic 3T drones are part of the new Enterprise series, and they have different characteristics.
The DJI Mavic 3E features functions to quickly and easily map and scan areas without the need for control points on the ground. The camera has a 4/3-inch sensor, a smart low-light mode, a 56x hybrid zoom, and a 12-megapixel resolution. The Mavic 3E can also capture choppy shots at 0.7 second intervals using a mechanical shutter.
DJI Mavic 3T is equipped with functions, for example, for firefighting, search and inspection operations. So the drone has a thermal camera with a field of view of 61 degrees, which is equivalent to 40 mm, with a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels.
The drone has a range of 15 km and supports 1080 / 30p live streaming. Also new is the new DJI APAS 5.0 obstacle detection system. Both drones also support RTK and D-RTK, which means centimeter-level accuracy of geographic data and support for all global satellite navigation systems.
The drone also comes with 2D and 3D modeling and thermal analysis software.
Prices expire About 3,000 euros for the Mavic 3E standard, while the standard Mavic 3T ends at about 5,000 euros.
