Iran has called a crisis meeting after the attack
According to the New York Times, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called an emergency meeting yesterday following an Israeli attack on a southern suburb of Beirut in Lebanon.
The Israeli military announced on Saturday that Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah had been killed in the attack.
Hassan Nasrallah is described as a close associate of Khamenei.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, 64, has died, the Israeli military said in X.
– Hassan Nasrallah can no longer terrorize the world, the Israeli military writes in X shortly before 10am on Saturday.
Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli strike in Beirut, the IDF said.
An Israeli offensive against Beirut's southern suburbs took place on Friday.

On Saturday morning, Israeli news channel N12 News reported that large explosions were heard in Tel Aviv.

Flight warning for many places in Israel
In several parts of northern Israel, aviation alerts have been issued to warn of incoming robots.
At Haifa, on the Sea of Galilee and the northern West Bank.
Regarding the airstrike warning, the Times of Israel writes that the Israel Defense Forces have announced a fifth wave of strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Another new attack has been launched against the southern parts of the Lebanese capital Beirut, The Times of Israel reported.
A witness told Reuters how smoke was billowing from the outskirts of the city.
Lebanon's health ministry says a hospital in the southern suburbs must now be evacuated as a result of the attacks.
Also, city hospitals not affected by the airstrikes are asked to stop accepting non-emergency patients.
