TIMRÅ. A week on tour, and a week with a different answer.
Certainly the feeling is that Adam Werner is starting to look more and more like the goalkeeper he was recruited to be, and who the Malmö Redhawks will enter the qualifying matches with in two-and-a-half weeks.
Coaches confidence points in exactly this direction.

It’s been a strange season in Malmö in many ways.
They started with twelve points in their first five games.
Since then, they are by far the worst team in the series.
But lately they have found a lot of ways to win. At least in every other game.

But perhaps even stranger was how it looked on the goalkeeper’s side during the season.
Remember, Oscar Elsenfelt was fired with one year left on the contract, on the strong recommendation of mental coach Maxi Tropez, who a few weeks ago had to face the same fate.
Yes, it was said that Tropez and the club agreed.
As it usually appears.
But few were satisfied with his efforts and he was questioned for large parts of the season, considering how mentally weak the team actually was.

Influencing the goalkeeping position, Adam Werner was brought in alongside Daniel Marmenlind.
Two hungry 25-year-olds are moving forward with their careers.
Werner, who was properly scarred after his North American years, and Marmenlind who took over in the final month of last season and became the designated goalkeeper I went with all fall.
In December, Werner was about to be loaned out to Allsvenskan AIK, but said no.
A few days later, Daniel Marmenlind injured himself in the second leg against HV71 and Werner had the opportunity against Temra.
Quite a strong performance, despite the 3-0 loss, the last goal of which was an empty net.
Then began Werner’s journey towards eventually where he actually is today, as a seemingly qualifying goalkeeper.
Yes, it looks like it will be.
Brandon Maxwell was brought in to replace Daniel Marmenlind. He thought it would take two weeks.
It had now been nearly two months since Marmenlind was injured, and every time he tested, it seemed like he wasn’t quite ready.
As recently as this week, he was on the ice, but regardless of whether he now looks like he’s on his way to action, there’s only two and a half weeks left until the playoffs begin.
Brandon Maxwell came in and got some nice efforts, but it soon became apparent that his lows were way too low.
Werner has had to sit out all three games this week and I think it indicates quite clearly that they intend to go with Adam Werner in goal now.
And rightly so.
Very good effort in Orebro, good effort in Gavle and now also a good effort against Timra.
Had Adam Werner not scored this afternoon, the game would have been dead long before Magnus Bajjarvi made it 2-0 with a free kick late in the second half, but now he has given his side the chance to really turn it around.
For Werner, there really is nothing to be won in this final part of the season. He was ridiculed and was relatively low at the bottom of the rock in self-confidence.
For me, however, there is no doubt. He will be in the qualifying match. Anything else would be weird.
